D.S.P Wholesalers Ltd use Parcel Force as their partner for delivery of goods in the UK.
All other goods shipped within Europe and Worldwide is on a case by case basis. For Europe and other Worldwide destinations please Contact Us directly for shipping costs and to place an order. Our on-line ordering system is only for UK shipments.
When purchasing goods through our website, the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you for UK shipping. This will be shown at the Payment part of the purchasing process, and you will be able to see the delivery charges before submitting payment details.
The below is a guide for UK, *Parcel Force 24 hour delivery charges:
- 1st Parcel £10.00+VAT.
- Additional parcels there after £8.50+VAT.
Notes:
Maximum 2 BENS Towel Dispensers in one parcel are allowed.
Maximum 4 BENS Towel Rolls in one parcel are allowed.
* e.g. if you buy 1 machine and two BENS towels packs, you will be charged £18.50.
Customers only buying accessories will be charged £10+VAT flat rate delivery charge.
All parcels will be sent for *24 hour shipment where available, subject to Parcel Force terms and conditions, and where stock is available. If there is delay in your order due to stock levels, we will contact you and advise you of this.
Once you have purchased your goods by phone, fax or via our website, our Dispatch Team will email you a unique tracking number for your Parcel Force shipment. You can use this tracking number at the Parcel Force website, click here to track and trace your shipment.
